The President of the Gambia Football Federation Mr. Lamin Kaba Bajo has congratulated the new Ghana FA President Mr Kurt ES Okraku following his recent election victory as President of Ghana Football Association.

“It is my fervent hope and belief that your assumption of the presidency of the GFA will bring renewed trust and confidence of the stakeholders and the general Ghanaian football family in the leadership of your country’s football governing body”. Mr Bajo added that Kurt’s experience and “impeccable records will undoubtedly enhance the further development of the game in your great footballing nation”.

On the bilateral side, the Gambia FF Boss assured his brother and colleague of his ardent desire to work very closely with him “to further expand and strengthen the already very excellent relationship between our two sister Associations”.

Mr Kurt ES Okraku is the 24th President of the Ghana Football Association. He has succeeded Kwesi Nyantakyi who had led GFA since 2005.
