In the ongoing Gambia Football Federation (GFF) sponsored Kanifing Municipality Lower Basic (Primary) Schools Football Tournament, Bundung battled it out with Bakoteh Annex in both the boys and girls categories in matches played at the Serrekunda Lower Basic School grounds on Monday 30th April 2019.
They defeated their opponents 2-1 in the girls’ category before drawing 1-1 with the same opposition in the boys’ version of the same competition.
The other fixture between Serrekunda Annex and New Covenant Lower Basic School did not take place due to the no showing of the former. Thus, the three points and two goals were awarded to New Covenant in each of the two categories.
