Week 14 of the GFF league division two wrapped up earlier today with Kuteh Jombulu coming from two goals down to force a 2-2 draw at home to Latrikunda United.

Muhammed Banora and Ismaila Mbaye gave Latrikunda a comfortable lead going into the break. Kuteh put a strong fight back to restore parity through Alieu Kora’s second half brace.

Meanwhile, on Wednesday, 29th March 2023, Tallinding United’s Ebrima Dibba scored an 83rd minute equaliser to cancel out Amet Nyang’s opener for Young Africans to force a 1-1 draw in Banjul. Elsewhere, Ebrima Camara’s stunning goal for Jam City condemned leaders BK Milan to their second defeat of the campaign.

BST Galaxy beat Gunjur United 2-1 at the Late Ousman Saho Field with Modou Keita’s brace, making sure Bakary Touray’s first half strike was a mere consolation. Meanwhile, B4U Kiang West and Jarra West played out a spectacular five-goal thriller at the Soma Mini Stadium won by the latter 3-2. Musa Drammeh and Dawda Camara were on the scoresheet for B4U Kiang West, while goals from Buba Darboe, Buba Sey and Lamin Sanneh handed Jarra West the points in the intriguing game.

Meanwhile, earlier on Tuesday, Bombada thrashed Immigration 3-0 with goals from Salifu Sambou, Lamin Sambou, and Lamin Tamba doing the damage for the Brikama based outfit. Kanifing East held Hart FC to a 1-1 draw, Alasan Saidy gave Hart a 19th minute lead, but Ebrima Sanyang made sure of a share of the points with a 26th minute equaliser.

TMT FC and Medical FC played a nail bitting five-goal thriller. Lawrence Mendy gave Medical FC the lead with six minutes on the clock, before Modou Lamin Camara restored parity for TMT in the 13the minute. Sanna Jassey gave them the lead for the first time in the game. Lawrence Mendy scored his second goal of the game to equalise for Medical, but Yahya Ndong scored a penalty three minutes into stoppage time to earn TMT maximum points.

Despite the loss, BK Milan remained top with 28 points, a point ahead of Elite United in second place, while TMT ad BST Galaxy are joint third, with a further point behind.

Kuteh Jombulu and B4U Kiang West are rooted tip the base of the 18-team table on 10 ten points.
