Queens Football Club of Kombo Lamin and Seed FA Football Club of Kitty are the new teams that will participate in the West Coast Regional Football Association women third division league after the duo secured promotion in a qualification campaign held in the region.

The two teams, coming from the Kombo North and Kombo South districts of the region, will now take part in an eight-team regional women’s football league that would serve as a third division for West Coast with the aim of securing a place in the national women’s league division two.

The regional FA are set to hold a stakeholders meeting today Thursday, 4th April, 2019, at the West Coast Regional Football House at the Governor’s Office in Brikama, where they will determine the date of the commencement of the said league.
