The Gambia Football Federation (GFF) through its FIFA FORWARD funded projects, invite tenders from eligible and qualified companies for the execution of above-mentioned projects.
The GFF will conduct this tender under the Open Competitive Method using a standardized tender document.
The tender is open to all contractors registered in the appropriate category with the Gambia Public Procurement Authority (GPPA).
Qualified and Interested applicants can obtain further information from, and inspect the tender documents at the office of the Projects Liaison Officer between 08:00am to 04:00pm at Football House, Kanifing.
A complete set of tender documents, notably both Technical and Financial Proposals in separate sealed envelopes shall be accompanied by evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee of D25,000. Bank details for payment of the fee is obtainable from the address below. The documents will be sent by soft copy.
A Pre-bid site Visit/meeting will take place on Thursday 17th February 2025.
Bids must be submitted to the address below on or before 24th February 2025 at 11:00am Electronic and late bids will be rejected.
Bids will be opened in public in the presence of the bidders or their representatives.
All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2%.
