A delegation comprising the Second Vice President Mr. Ebou Faye and General Secretary Mr. Lamin M. Jassey of The Gambia Football Federation (GFF), is in Blantyre, Malawi, the land of Kamuzu Banda where they are attending a FIFA infrastructure workshop.
While in Malawi, the GFF delegation is again selected by football’s world governing body, FIFA, to do another presentation on its infrastructure plans and development during the workshop. This will be the fifth time at a FIFA event where the GFF is been selected to do a presentation in recognition of our best practices. Previous presentations were done in Rwanda, Senegal, Qatar and South Africa.
FIFA has continued to highlight the gains registered by GFF under the leadership of Mr. Lamin Kaba Bajo and on multiple occasions have used The Gambia as an example for other nations to follow.
