Real De BJL, Red Hawks In FF Cup Final Real De Banjul and Red Hawks have advanced to the FF Cup Final following a 2-0 and 3-1 aggregate victories over PSV Wellingara and Tallinding United respectively on Thursday night at the Independence Stadium.

Real were held by PSV to a goalless draw but the former advanced with their two goals advantage from the first leg. Meanwhile League Div Two side Red Hawks will appear in their first ever FF Cup final after defeating Tallinding United 1-0 on Thursday in a 3-1aggregate in the two legs.

Red Hawks put up a surprising gesture going all the way and will face off at the FF Cup Final for the first time since their inception in less than two years.

Real De Banjul are the record winners of the competition, winning the inaugural title in 1968/69 at a final they won 3-1 against White Phantoms and been credited as the most outstanding club with the most wins at Gambia Football Federation’s most prestigious Cup Competition.

The Final is slated for Sunday 23rd June, 2019 at 20:00hrs (8pm) at the Independence Stadium in Bakau.
