GFF League Competition Organizing Committee continues to levy punitive measures on players that have made wayward attitudes and unsporting behaviors at their teams’ scheduled matches in both League One and Two of the Male Competition. The recent sanction on players by the Organizing Committee have been on the accumulation of yellow cards that eventually led to suspension of players.

Four Division One players and Three League Two players are affected by the recent suspensions and thus their respective clubs will miss their appearances in their subsequent schedules. In League One, Julaba Sawaneh of GAF, Lawrence Jatta of Gamtel, and Omar Johm of GPA all received their yellow cards in weeks 3, 5 and 8, whereas Muhammed John of Gamtel also received his yellow cards in Weeks 1, 2 and 8 respectively.

With the suspensions, all four players will miss their Match Day Nine GFF League One Competition.

In league Division two, Gunjur United, Immigration and PSV Wellingara will all miss a player each in their Week Ten Fixtures set to kick off on Wednesday, 5th February 2020. Lamin Bojang of Gunjur United got his bookings in (weeks, 2, 5 and 9). Njarra Nyabally of Immigration (Weeks 1, 5, and 9) and Ousman Sanyang of PSV Wellingara also received three yellow cards in (Weeks 4, 6 and 9) respectively.
