Following what becomes a successful protest filed by League Division Two side B4U Kiang West Football Club against regional neighbors Jarra West FC for fielding a player Lamin Camara said to be ineligible, the GFF Competitions Department has communicated to the parties on the outcome of the protest.

In a letter addressed to the parties and copied to all stakeholders concerned, the GFF Organizing Committee has deliberated on the matter and thus stated that “the player in question Lamin Camara has not been issued a clearance letter from his previous club B4U Kiang West“.

In light of this development according to the communique, “Jarra West will forfeit the points from their Week One Match against Kiang West FC played on the 7th December, 2019 at Jarra West Mini Stadium“. By this development therefore, B4U Kiang West FC are therefore awarded Three points and Two goals for lodging a successful protest.
