Bid Title: Supply of Equipment for All Categories of National Football Teams of The Gambia
1. The contract between The Gambia Football Federation (GFF) and German kit Supplier, Sport Saller, is coming to an end. In this regard, the GFF is opening avenues for all prospectus football equipment manufacturers and/or suppliers to express interest in becoming the official Kit Supplier for her various categories of National Team for both men and women.
2. In light of the above, The Gambia Football Federation is now inviting bids from eligible bidders for the supply of complete National Football Uniforms and equipment, for training, traveling and matches.
3. Bidding will be conducted through the international competitive procurement process. Thus, there will be no discrimination based on local and international suppliers and is opened to all eligible bidders.

ii. Qualification requirements:
The following are required from bidders:
· Minimum average turnover for the last 5years of US$5 million
· The Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence to demonstrate that it meets the following experience requirement(s).
· Minimum number of 3 contracts for similar items completed in the last 5 years.

5. The bidding document in English can be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GMD10,000:00 (Ten Thousand Dalasi)
6. Bids must be delivered to an address provided below not later than 31st January 2023. No late or electronic bidding will be accepted. All bids will be opened publicly in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives.
7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of US$500,000:00 (Five Hundred Thousand Dollars).
