Job Purpose Maximise the Brand of The Gambia Football Federation

 

Direct Supervisor General Secretary
Main duties and responsibilities  

–      Build and Exploit the Gambia Football Federation Brand

–      Work with sponsors to generate the maximum value from these partnerships

–      Supervise the activation of sponsorship agreement

–      Work with merchandising partners

–      Collect market data and analyse it

–      Work with advertisers to maximise the value of the partnership

–      Maximise revenues associated with the brands of the national association

–      Collaborate with other departments to build the brands of the national association

–      Work closely with the General Secretary on other projects as required

 

Resources –      The Commercial Manager is responsible for the Commercial/Marketing staff and the departmental budget
Key performance indicators –      Revenues from sponsorship and merchandising, advertising impact, social media growth, brand positioning
Requirements  

–      Minimum five years’ experience working in marketing

–      University degree in business, marketing and or equivalent

–      Excellent communication skills

–      Fluent in English and at least two local languages
