PROCUREMENT OF EIGHT (8) PICK-UPS 4 X 4 VEHICLE FOR THE SEVEN REGIONAL FOOTBALL ASSOCIATIONS AND WOMEN’S FOOTBALL DEPARTMENT AND TWO (2) MINI BUSES VEHICLE FOR THE NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE CLUBS’ TRANSPORTATION
The Gambia Football Federation (GFF) through its FIFA FORWARD funded project invites eligible bidders to submit sealed bids foe the supply and delivery of eight (8) 4 x 4pick-ups and two (2) mini buses vehicles.
1. Project Overview:
The Gambia Football Federation (GFF) through its FIFA FORWARD 3.0 has budgeted funding for the procurement of eight (8) pick-ups 4 x 4 and two (2) mini buses vehicles and intends to enter into a contract for the supply and delivery of the vehicle to the Gambia football Federation. The required delivery time for the vehicle is twelve (12) weeks after the award of the contract
2. Eligibility:
Eligible bidders are invited to submit sealed bids in accordance with the conditions outline in the bid documents.
3. Bid Submission Deadline:
All bids must be submitted to the address below on or before Monday, 12th May, 2025 at 11:00AM Gambian time. Electronic bid will Not be permitted. Late submissions will not be considered. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total bid price.
4. Bid Submission Deadline:
Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bid documents at the office of the Project Liaison Officer, The Gambia Football Federation. A complete set of bid documents may be purchased for non-refundable fee of D 25,000.00 and this fee must be paid on or before 9th May, 2025. The method of payment will be bank transfer. The document will be sent by electronically (soft-copy).
5. Inquiries and Clarifications:
Bidders may submit inquiries or requests for clarification no later than 7th May, 2025. A Pre-bid conference will not take place.
6. Bid Opening
Bids will be publicly opened at 12:00PM Gambia time on 12th May, 2025 in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend, the Gambia Football Federation (Conference Room second floor).
